**** SERVICE DONT ANSWER THEIR CALLS, CANT TRACK A PARCEL NOT A SINGLE PERSON ANSWERS. YOU HAVE TO SPEAK TO A BOT. THEY ARE WORST BY FAR. RATHER CLOSE YOUR DOORS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT CUTTING IT.
To Jamaine & Company Either refund me or take my R50-00 and stick where the sun doesn't shine , I am too busy for **** like this , I will be putting a review on Hello Peter , and all social media platforms that I am active , on as to your incompetence , poor communications and client service , I have never in my life had to struggle for weeks over a simple refund of R 50-00, so far this R50 shirt has cost me R100 in courier , multiple emails and frustration. I will refund my client from my pocket , since my clients are important to me. I will never buy from you again or recommend you to anyone I know.
Do not buy from this supplier, they advertise stock they dont have. After multiple mails without any reply and phoning only to be advised to provide banking details for a refund nothing has been refunded to date and no reply from Jonathon The Manager. I will be taking this matter further now or I will be requesting a collector to get my refund. Legal action will be taken with regards to refund.
After many emails to the aeroton branch for help too actually make a purchase, to date Ive recieved NO reply on any of my mails other than from the edenvle branch. Then I was advised to make contact with the aeroton branch again but NOTHING. This is for a sales people not a complaint but nothing. So why do business with them???
