Don't say you have not been warned. Seriously these guys are dubious, they did not refund me for a cancelled delivery.
Great having the flexibility when buying a new car. The ability to put then on notice when you get delivery and when you sell your previous car is great.
I like the banking app and its functionality, but I had ***** on my account over three months ago and I am still waiting for the transactions to be refunded. Problem is with this bank is that you cannot talk to anyone who can make a decision.
We double booked transportation and immediately cancelled. Good luck trying to get a refund we have been waiting 3 months. And top of that they take a R500 cancellation fee. Really shady bunch.
The old adage, if you want to get something done - do it yourself. The agency was not interested in any of our issues, just their commission. During lockdown, we requested a discount, cancellation etc. We discovered that none of our requests had actually been remitted to the owner. Once we got hold of the owner directly we found they were much more "accommodating" and helpful. Next time we will definitely go direct.
After some serious negotiations, legal threats and a personal visit - we finally got refunded our deposit. Would think twice before using again.
