ive ordered a cream and a brush from them and paid R999.90 to their bank account. I received an email saying order successful. 2 days later ive received and email from BELLA an :IBOT saying that specific colour is out of stock and parcel will be send as soon as they receive stock again. its nearly a month later and I still dont have my order. Ive managed to get the real location from them I will be opening a ***** case as well as publish them on every social media I can get hold of.

I've been a client from Holster South africa for a long time. I've purchased 2 pair of sandles last year. @ R899 a pair. summer was gone winter came and i packed it away. Took it out yesterday morning and i lost 3 stones on 1 sandle during the day. REALLY I CANT WEAR THEM AGAIN. AND HOLSTER SAYS SORRY NEEDS POP AND RECEIPT.!!!! The WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A COUJRIER COMPANY. 1. The system says tuesday night parcel left isando call Isando they say 15 hrs the parcel would be arriving in cape town. After bout 56 phone calls some they've put me on hold for 11 min then cut the call. they never return your calls either. WE are on Friday is till have not received my parcel. This is after I've made special request for early delivery cause I'm flying out of the country a bit later today. Only to find out from the call center this morning no remarks on the system as requested numerous times. I even spoke to there manager Ratabile. Which made empty promises to call me once the parcel arrives. Still no call. What a pathetic company to do business with. Up untill now im on the line for 12.35 min already holding on to speak to Ratabile but for some or other reason he is not taking my CALLS. I want a Senior MANAGER to make urgent contact with me regarding this matter. Iv e asked to receive my parcel by 10:00 hrs today. Magda Korff 0822561436
ON 01/12/2020 We paid over an amount or R5000 from Capitec bank to a wrong ABSA account number on our cellphone banking App. We immediately contacted Capitec bank to notify them of the wrong payment we've done. There respond back t say we must load the claim and it might take 21 working days to be resolved and also mentioned to us that there might be a chance that we will not be refunded. After numerous times that we went back to Capitec we had to find out that we need to contact ABSA. We then approached ABSA SECUNDA MALL BRANCH with the query, ALL they could say to us is...go to that side of the bank and call the client services department. There is a BRANCH MANAGER at the bank that's just refusing to assist us and keep on referring as to POPPIE which is the receptionist. What is the PURPOSE OF HER BEING A BRANCH MANAGER IF SHE CANT ASSIST US OR ANY OTHER CLIENTS with issues. All she does is walking around and talking to everyone. Today 06.03.2021 we went to the bank again and still we haven't solve this issue.
