Been banking witj nedbank for 7 years now since we openned our church account.the account has been activate every month making payments and deposits . Middle of febraury the accound stopped working it keeps on saying pending activation i went to nedbank vaal mall they told me they cant help i need to speak witj business bankers.called them they told they cant help i need to speak with the person that openned the account, they found out that its Thembi Lukhele from crandlestone branch sent het emails no response called her after 2 weeks i final got hold of her she told me she will check and call me ,she called after 2 hours i couldnt take the call as i was busy tried calling her back with no avail . As of now the account is still not fix i have cash that i need to deposit so i can pay people. Can some one at ned bank please fix this.
I cancelled my policy a week ago,was assistance by Claudine she promised i will have my cancelation letter the following day week later still nothing, can someone please help coz now i cant get my new policy because they need that cancelation letter

IN DECEMBER I FOUND OUT THAT MIE DECIDED TO BLACK LIST MY ID AFTER CALLING AND MAILING THABILE RESPONDED AND SHE TOLD ME I NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF THE QUALIFICATIONS, I CONTACTED KYOCERA THEY SENT ME A LETTER ,I SENT THE LETTER TO MIE NO RESPONSE OR EVEN NOTIFY ME THAT THEY RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTS THAT THEY WANTED.NOW I JUST GOT A CALL FTOM MY BANK THEY ARE GOING TO FREEZE ALL MY ACCOUNTS BECAUSE OF THIS.CAN SOME ONE FROM MIE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ALL I WANT IS THAT MIE WRITE A LETTER THAT I CAN SEND TO MY BANK THAT MY ID IS BEING CLEARED AM ABOUT TO LOSS MY CAR AND MY HOUSE
3 months ago was trying to get finance for a car banks notify me that my id is blocked I made a follow up ,sent an email to mie as per their request explaining what happened with My certificate got an automated email response that they will get back to me within 20 days till this day nothing. I made another follow up today they asked me to send the email again .my life it's on hold because of useless people who don't even bother to notify you when they decide to block ones id can some one please do your job and sort this mess out
Am so disappointed with vodacom after being with them my whole life.i upgraded last week received the phone on Friday, i called on Saturday asking for the new line to be activated till today the line is still not activated been calling but nothing. Very disappointing vodacom
Scheme.i took a service plan last year with and agreement that i will get 2 services a year for 3 years. Did my first service no problem did the second service,problem started they said they will not pay the service center till i upgrade my plan not only that i found out that they told the people who service my car that consumables must not exceed R100. And they told them to leave out other things they make sure that the service does not exceed R2000 .so i pay R567 every month for nothing i had to oil filter desiel filter and air filter they told the People not to service them.i had to pay money out of my pocket to get my car serviced properly. Look out for mvia insure they only want to take your money and not pay for services
Took the car for service to them on Tuesday morning my car was fine nothing wrong just a simple service,went to fetch the car on Thursday after my service plan finally paid them.first of the car was not washed ok fine they asked him to pay for car wash myself that was the first red flag but fine took the car parked it at home the whole weekend on monday morning am driving to work the car is over heating when i check coolent is empty called them. They say my car is leaking I asked them why didn't you tell that when I went to fetch the car no response I only have invoice no any ather thing that shows what was done on the car. So guys look out for aa service center in randburg next to hyundai when on malibongew drive they damaged my car it's still a new car this was my second service on the car poor service
Useless bank ever my mother had an issure last month her money was taken by a shop that she went to buy and withdraw from but the card declined after a day a transaction went through from that shop then we queried and that was sorted they money was paid back 2 days later the same transaction happened again and capitec in carletonville its not interested to help us they sent us back to the shop the shop is sending us back to capitec bank after this will be leaving the bank we had enough of this nonsense
VERY DISAPPOINTED TO THE STAFF OF SANBS AT FOCHVILLE WENT TO DONATE BLOOD ON WEDNESDAY ARRIVE JUST AFTER 3 AS I WALKED IN THEY STARTED PARKING AND TOLD TO COME BACK ON FRIDAY THEY ARE CLOSING WELL I COULD SAVED 2 LIFES WITH MY BLOOD BECAUSE OF THEM THAT LIFE IS LOST
