The national debt review centre is the worse I give them a 0 star rating. In December I went to them because I saw the reviews and I liked what I saw but clearly they wrote it self what unprofessional people that works there. I was a assisted by a lady mishka I told her what is my story and what I went through by a other company I explained my situation and she said you just need a clearance certificate and then everything will be removed from your name I evens asked are you sure she said yes all we need to do is get transfer documents from the other debt review company and I said okay she said everything will take 21 days I said fine that was in December you it came by January I phoned she ignored me I phoned everyday didn't get hold of her she ignored me I decided to go to the office mishka told me sorry the offices was closed in December after the website stated they were open and only closed public holidays I was so angry because in December she could of just tell but no anyway I let that slide she said she'd going to get the documents from the company a week went past there was no communication I had to ask phone and ask her how far did she get the documents I evens sent messages that she blue ticked me I phoned and she said she's still waiting another month passed and I thought for myself but **** is going on by the this place the reviews that I did read about this place is not true I decided to phone the other debt review company and guess what I did get results they did send the documents after how long that mishka was trying clearly not hard enough okay they had the papers but I'm still waiting for results I phoned she don't answer my calls I send messages no response I went there then the guy helped and he explained to me that no Mishka is new there she only worked a year there the clearance certificate does not remove myself from debt review I need the debt removal package I explained but that's what mishka said I was so stupid but desperate he said it will take a month to clear because all my debt I prescribed I agreed they sent me a document via email I didn't fill anything in I went back and said I'm having problems so mishka filled it in for me I didn't signed anything but I had the form on my phone I did read everything and the form stated it takes 90 days to get a court date I asked about that she said no it just means within 90 days and I don't need to worry my debt is prescribed it will be faster ok I was signed up for this debt removal package then a few days later I thought to myself no man this people is messing with me I done research and saw no man I don't need this debt removal package because I went under debt review and not a court placed me under debt review and I remembered mishka asked me to get a document stating from this other debt review centre I don't have a court order so I just need a clearance certificate I have a right just to remove myself from debt review so what mishka actually explained was true in the beginning I need a clearance certificate so I asked her why do I need this removal package but I don't have a court order she made alot of excuses no is because you owing still on a account I said yes I am going to pay that and I paid It I will provide you with the paid up letters for the clearance certificate she made alot of excuses then I asked her can I cancel it then I just pay my accounts that's open bring you the letters then you do me the clearance certificate she said yes I can cancel it so she done it without mentioning cancelation fees or neither the document state about the cancellation fees a few days later I get a email stating the package has been cancelled and I'm reliable for cancellation fees I ask mishka what fees is this that I'm supposed to pay you didn't mention anything and there was nothing on the document she just said the boss will explain to me days go past I ask her again tell you boss I want to know what fees is this that I must pay she said in the message my boss will send you a email when he have time he his busy with other work i didn't respond I was so angry I just left it a few days went past I get a email from a debt counselor not evens the they boss what a blady joke I must pay all this fees that comes out 8000 after all the lies and **** they gave me firstly there was nothing mentioned about cancellation fees and nothing on the documents I have evidence then they have a nerve to say that I will stay on their name until I pay the cancellation fees this people don't help you they just want money from you very poor company I'm not paying anything and I'm taking this further.
This is the worst service that I have ever dealt with in my life old mutual can close down because they are disappointing everyone they service is the worst my father took a life cover out by old mutual life he took a non medical cover out which they just asked medical questions and non medical documents needed when he took the life cover out because its non medical now that my father passed away they want medical reports from me for a non medical claim wow they just don't want to pay the money out my father passed away the 28th of march and I am struggling to claim since then they ignore me the 29th of march I wanted to claim then naldei by old mutual life in claims department told me she's having problems with her emails she can't send me the required documents in need to fill in in order for me to claim I took about a week for her emails to come right wow then she told me my claim is not valid so she gave the claim over to asiphe mngonyama by iwyze claims department which he also dragged the hole process out by ignoring me and finally when he responded recently since that time he wants medical reports from the hospital and medical forms I must fill in where my father passed away from natural causes and its a non medical life policy so why the hell do they want this from me I evens got myself a lawyer and guess what they are ignoring him to so tell me what the hell is going on by old mutual this is fraud I am going to take this to court and who ever reply on this don't tell me what you tell everyone who has a complain you are going to investigate the matter then you do nothing here is my details I want a response from you guys by the end of today I am tashnee Hendricks id number 9307240135087 email address moodleytashnee1993@gmail.com and the policy number is 1045100835 by old mutual life
I am still waiting for money that was suppose to be refunded back to since last month please make a plan to put that money in my account
I cancelled my policy I took out on my father on the last month and I still didn't receive my money back I want my money back in my account
I never received such bad service in my life I took a life policy out on my father and old mutual life is taking Me for a ride I am so disappointed is this people when I took the life policy out on the phone the guy told me that they calls are recorded and he told me that if I take the policy out than my father is immediately covered from the day you take the policy out so my father passed away a few days later now they telling me he is not covered I told them they should go listen to the recordings then they will hear for them self and now I hear from no one I know my rights and I think you can't tell a client something just to gain a sale why they telling clients things and then when you want to claim based on what the consultant told you now its problems I want this matter sorted out now or else I will get me a lawler and then I will Sue **** out of old mutual life who do you think you guys are to mess with people like this **** services I won't leave it like this.
hi my name I tashnee I took a policy out on my dad I have cancelled the policy and yet the premiem went off not events the date that I did choose days before that I phoned clientele and the lady told me I will get my money back after 30 days what **** is that I want my money back you guys can take quickly other people money but when it comes to giving they money back then you don't want to give it. please I want my money back in my account asap.
Hi my name is tashnee I am so disappointed in iwyze old mutual I took a life cover out on my father I told the guy over the phone I want the debit order to go off the 28th of this month but no they deducted from my account the 1st of this month this is really not right I get paid weekly so that money which they took was my childs school fees I couldn't pay my child's fees I am so angry I phone them then they tell me they can't put the money back in my account I must go to my bank I went to my bank and they say can't reverse it so I am struggling to get my money back and to cancel this life cover I want my money back in my account or else I am going to let my lawyers take over this matter.
