I called in to book a room for my wedding anniversary .... This rude lady picked up the phone ... i booked it and was almost done when she hung up on ...i called back and asked her why did she do that..she just ignored it and moved on i asked her again she said coz she is busy dealing with other customers so i asked to speak to a manager she said there is no manager or anyone there to speak to she was the only person in the entire building and her name was Bongiwe or something ....she said if i want to speak to one of the guest or someone .... i found that very rude ....
Ive been a cellc customer for 5 years and this gets frustrating being a customer to such a company. In February my contract was due to cancel .... when i called in to cancel, the call was answered by a very rude person like always .... They said that ive already renewed my contract and they sent a phone to me .... ALL LIES !!!! Cellc to it upon themselves to renew my contract without my consent .... now they saying they cant help me to cancel it because its an active contract .... i try to get a hold of them almost every day but those rude blady agents hang up on me and BTW theres never ever a manager there to assist .. i ask for call backs all the time and noone calls me...i have 5 contracts with them and they just wanna steal money from people ..cheap scates ... i dont know how else to cancel that contract they are making me pay for something i didnt know about ..... THATS WRONG!
