The consultant (Roxanne Graham) who helped me was friendly and helpful.
They have contacted me to upgrade my car tracking device in November of last year. This was done and the old device was replaced, but they kept on charging me for both devices. When I queried it, they told me I had to cancel the old tracking device, which I also did. Now MixTelematics is charging me a penalty cancelation fee for a device that is no longer installed on my vehicle.
Today I am very disappointed. I have settled my account with Isabella Garcia on the 12th of October last year, and Today I get a call from them to say that my account is in arrears .
The staff is friendly and the service is eccellent.
