Awful store
My husband bought me a watch as our 1 year anniversary present from superfine. After a month I woke up and the hands had just fallen off. When we took the watch back because we were told it had a 1 year guarantee. They wanted us to pay more money to get a different watch that was more expensive than the one we had and refused to give us our money instead, because I did not want another watch that was just going to fall apart.

Poor insurance agency
Involved in an accident. King Price was unable to locate the vehicle after towing, we eventually tracked it down 2 days later. They don't get back to you. They have no clue what's going on. 3 weeks after the incident there is no information from them regarding write off, they haven't gone back to the inspector for the information. They only paid half of the claim for the clothing damage with no explanation as to why they paid so low, claim was within the claimable range. Don't use this insurance, it may be cheep but it's that way for a reason.

Poor company
Took our motorbike in for repairs, we had to keep calling them to get any information about the progress. Misinformation regarding the cause of the damage therefore not able to get the full amount from the warranty. Had the bike for a month.
