Superfine
Found a pop up shop in menlyn near the standerdbank and the sevice was amazing the personel were very friendly and helpful the sunglasses tthey sold were of alot of veriety and good quality Would recomend this to anyone looking for spesial and diffrent sunglasses

Found a pop up shop in menlyn near the standerdbank and the sevice was amazing the personel were very friendly and helpful the sunglasses tthey sold were of alot of veriety and good quality Would recomend this to anyone looking for spesial and diffrent sunglasses

Awful store
My husband bought me a watch as our 1 year anniversary present from superfine. After a month I woke up and the hands had just fallen off. When we took the watch back because we were told it had a 1 year guarantee. They wanted us to pay more money to get a different watch that was more expensive than the one we had and refused to give us our money instead, because I did not want another watch that was just going to fall apart.

Awful store
My husband bought me a watch as our 1 year anniversary present from superfine. After a month I woke up and the hands had just fallen off. When we took the watch back because we were told it had a 1 year guarantee. They wanted us to pay more money to get a different watch that was more expensive than the one we had and refused to give us our money instead, because I did not want another watch that was just going to fall apart.

Poor quality products
I purchased sunglasses for my boyfriend this past Christmas. It is now middle March and the sunglasses look horrible. All the reflective coating is coming off. He looks after them, and after only 3months they look like they should be tossed in the rubbish bin. I'm very unhappy with the quality of these sunglasses. Even the pair he bought years ago at the pharmacy for a third of the price still look better than these do.

Poor quality products

Unprofessionalnism at superfine gateway
In these days looking for work is hard enough, I was supposed to have an interview on the 25/11/2020 at gateway superfine at 10am,being punctual I always arrive an hour early and wait, I asked for Ezekiel as he was the scheduled interviewer, he then informs me no had told him about the interview and I should just leave my CV with him, after 10 minutes I had left my CV with him...... About an hour later as I was leaving gateway he calls me and asks if I was still in gateway as their was time available for an interview, I quickly rush to the stand where I had to wait again for 15 minutes and was interviewed by girl named Nisha, who seemed so disinterested and was reading questions of a book, I knew then and there she only conducting an interview for the sake of conducting an interview, disinterest was in the approach of both Ezekiel and Nisha, as their was busy preparing for black Friday, ultimately we the unemployed people of today are also human and have emotions as well, it takes time and money to prepare for an interview as well as a lot of effort, very vexing that there is so much unprofessionalnism and total disregard for other people, not even an apology was issued, it's obvious to say by the approach that the interview was unsuccessful but professionalnism and good ethics is key!!!

Terrible Customer Service at Superfine Mal fo Africa
We purchased a watch from the Superfine stand at Mall of Africa a few months back. my Fiance went back after he noticed there was a piece missing on the watch. Lucky for us, he took pictures of the watch before he bought it. He went back and told them about this and they did not ask him for a slip. he was then asked to write his name and contact details in a book as they would contact him regarding a replacement. it has been 4 months and no one has contacted him as yet. Today i went back there to try and get a refund as they have not tried to contact us in anyway possible. I went there to get a refund and was told to come back with the slip to get a refund. it is very funny as they did not ask for a slip the first time my Fiance went there. Terrible service indeed!!!!
