Beautiful, clean and neat store in Bellville, Cape Town. Their prices are some of the cheapest around. Very wide selection. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable with regards to their products and the application there of. I have been shopping there since that branch opened, and I would definately recommend them to anyone who has a pet. My best friend is also a proud customer of theirs now too...
It's all good and well to get connected with Rain... But when something goes wrong, you have to phone them, cause NOBODY ever replies to emails, or msgs left on the support page on their website... NEVER. Then, when you do phone them and are able to get hold of a human being on the other side without the call dying 4 times first, they have no clue what they are doing. I called them last week Friday to have my service temporarily disabled due to unforseen circumstances, spoke to some lady for 11minutes and 48 seconds, and nothing has been done from her side. Every single day, in the morning AND in the late afternoon, they try to debit my account for the monthly Subscription. I told the lady there's no money in my account, and she told me it would stop that day and won't happen again. My bank account is now almost R50 in a minus due to failed debit order fees. Now I must phone them again, and explain everything to that person again to get it to stop... But that doesn't change my bank balance back to a positive 🤨
I purchased sunglasses for my boyfriend this past Christmas. It is now middle March and the sunglasses look horrible. All the reflective coating is coming off. He looks after them, and after only 3months they look like they should be tossed in the rubbish bin. I'm very unhappy with the quality of these sunglasses. Even the pair he bought years ago at the pharmacy for a third of the price still look better than these do.
<p>20 litre sunbeam compact oven as advertised in latest game stores bulletin. On 10/2/2017 I organised a lift to GAME Tygervalley, only to find out that it was a trick to lure customers into their store. I was shocked, appalled and highly embarrassed that it was a misprint and not on special. R699 is not a special. False Advertising is illegal, and when i complained the salesperson casually said ''oh these misprints happen often''. I then had to borrow R200 extra to purchase the oven that I needed so desperately. This item was HIGHLIGHTED in the corner of the adverti*****t, NOBODY CAN BEAT R499. Usually, in a case like this, the store has to give the item at the advertised price. I want my R200 back please. This is unacceptable. The person who caused the misprint should get fired.</p>

I am also the Manager of a store, and the company that I work for prides itself on delivering only the utmost best customer service. This is the second report that I am writing now, as I have heard no response to the first one yet. Being a Manager myself, I understand that customers can be difficult at times, but it is my job to then turn the situation around and make sure that the customer is satisfied, ensuring that they will one day return to our store and continue to support our brand. In our case, we are not in the wrong, we were not made aware of the returns policy of your company, and on top of that, the manager of your Tygervalley store came into our store and opened our product and used it, thereby cancelling our chances of receiving a refund as the item had now been used. then when he realised that he was not getting anywhere with us, he phoned his superior and handed the situation over to her. even after she heard that he was the one who opened and used our product, she was still unhelpful. That is unacceptable. We would like our money back please. Thats all. Thank you.
we purchased a mop from the homemark store for work purposes. it was not suitable, so we took it back, unopened, to get a refund. they said no, and the manager offered to come do a demo for us to show us how it works. He only arrived 2 days later, after we phoned a few times to find out where he was. he then proceeded to open our unused mop that we bought and did the demo. when the floor had dried, it had terrible streaks all over it. that was exactly what we were trying to avoid, we have mirror shine tiles that cant be washed with water, otherwise they have to be polished after washing. we dont have time to wash AND polish our floor. He then phoned his superior, who said that she could have made an exception for us, but since the mop had now been used, she cant help us. That is RIDICULOUS! he came into our store and opened our new mop and used it, he should have known better and brought a demo model with. She then said to me that there is nothing she can do for me. That is unacceptable service. The manager was VERY unprofessional and lacks knowledge of company procedures. We would like a refund please as this was not our fault. the manager needs more training.
