My delivery has been out since yesterday. Today it is out again. i call and no answer. i use the whatsapp communication service and select chat. no response even on the website. they are just as bad as DPD laser logistics. They dont even call you to say the driver is late.
We went to McDonald's in Bluehills this afternoon. We spent over an hour waiting for our food. First they have the new system to order your food but they walk past you and dont assist. My husband was waiting for 20 minutes for someone to help him take our order and pay. There is one lady who was helping at the tills and also opening the door for customers who are leaving the store. When our food finally came, they didn't even have toys for the happy meals we ordered and the Manager was not even helping. She was just standing there and laughing with the other colleagues in the back. No help at all. If they cannot keep up with the demand on a month end, they need to either close off the internet ordering or close the drive through at a certain time for cut off. They also gave us the wrong order. We ordered 2 happy meals, a veggie burger and a cajun chicken burger. They gave us a big mac instead of a veggie burger plus they didn't give our receipt back. This is UNACCEPTABLE
We purchased a watch from the Superfine stand at Mall of Africa a few months back. my Fiance went back after he noticed there was a piece missing on the watch. Lucky for us, he took pictures of the watch before he bought it. He went back and told them about this and they did not ask him for a slip. he was then asked to write his name and contact details in a book as they would contact him regarding a replacement. it has been 4 months and no one has contacted him as yet. Today i went back there to try and get a refund as they have not tried to contact us in anyway possible. I went there to get a refund and was told to come back with the slip to get a refund. it is very funny as they did not ask for a slip the first time my Fiance went there. Terrible service indeed!!!!
My experience was very good with them. Kyle Alexander really goes the extra mile for us. He is very professional and friendly.
I just came from the MacDonalds at Mall of Africa and I ordered a cajun chicken meal. When I got my food and left, I took a sip of my coke and it tasted terrible. It looks so watered down and it has no taste whatsoever. It is just horrible.
