Our Metre was replaced but up to this moment we cannot purchase electricity!!! This is insane. How long must we depend on people to just action what they're supposed to be doing. Preposterous.
Please be mindful and pay attention when people notify you that *****ulent activity is real. We get notifications of transactions on our cellphone number that do not belong to us. Please fix the problem. Help when it is needed. Be part of the solution.
Cell C is failing as a service provider. They do not protect your information. Be aware and stay alert people. Your number will be cloned, your information will be ******, and, when you attempt to notify them quite kindly about it, they are flippant. As a service provider for telecommunications? Please go back to the drawing board and try again. It's quite evident, your system is not safe.
Your end-user system is flawed as well as your communication skills. Please fix it so people can get the papers to their cars once they've completed the purchase by paying you. When you offer a service as a business, please be courteous enough to streamline information between your clients and your call centre. Solve the problem timeously in order to avoid lack of skills being publicized. This is a beacon for *****ulent activity if a person is not careful.

Awaiting a parcel since 8 July, even though you have previously delivered a parcel to the delivery address its a major concern now? Curt responses of rescheduling a delivery is not good enough. STILL no parcel and 1 lousy phonecall requesting a delivery address which has already been used.
By far was the most terrible and putrid customer service I have ever recieved. Placed and paid for order the 5th, order gets delayed, I enquire to find out where order is, turns out it's a delivery issue with the courier, if I had not requested where the parcel is it would of been delayed even longer, and now STILL NO PARCEL and its the 13th today.
From 10Am till 20h30 there has been NO ELECTRICITY FOR THE AREA OF KLEINVLEI, DENNEMERE AND SURROUNDS. A complaint was logged at 14h15, and now at exactly 20h32 we were told there will be a technician despatched DURING WORKING HOURS, DOES ESKOM TECHNICIANS KNOCK OFF AT 15H00????!!!! What in the great name of all that is holy do you think you are doing. Then we are told you will have no electricity until the 16/9/2022, RIDICULOUS.
Still without any power, the only positive thing of this whole complaints business is a competent call center agent named Lerato, you are truly good at what you do, pleasant to speak to, professional. Truly an asset to this failure of a company who is monopolizing this country. Fault isn't resolved but I have to praise you girl, you got it.
