Sent this mail to them... They don't care to respond or call.. Dear Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to your establishment. My family and I visited this morning, and it was nothing short of a disappointing experience. We were hoping for a relaxing and peaceful family outing, but instead, we were met with a cacophony of noise from the loud music and noisy patrons. The patrons in question were playing the radio at an unbearable volume, and it was impossible to hear each other without raising our voices to an uncomfortable level. The noise level was such that it made the entire experience incredibly challenging for us, and we could not enjoy our time at your establishment. We stayed for just five minutes before deciding to leave, and yet we were charged a total of R360 for an experience that we could not even enjoy. This amount was much too high, considering that we were not even able to stay for an extended period. Moreover, it did not feel like a suitable environment for families with kids. We feel incredibly let down by our experience. We did not receive the service we paid for. As such, we request a full refund for our visit to your establishment. In addition I witnessed another family go through the same experience and left your establishment. I registered my concern with the security who agreed that these noise levels were unacceptable. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this request may cause, but we feel that this is the right course of action in the circumstances. We believe that you take customer satisfaction seriously, and we hope that our request will be honored as quickly as possible. Thank you for taking the time to read our complaint. Hi can someone please assist me. My ref number is SR210309-305228. My line has been down for 1 week. When i enquired i was told Vumatel canceled my line. When i called Vumatel they say they never did such a thing. There has been no instruction to cancel my line and nobody takes accountability. I'm not getting feedback from anyone, i work from home and this week has been an absolute nightmare and I'm bordering on either getting fired or a final warning for not being able to connect. Nobody at Vodacom takes me serious, its the most disgusting experience i have ever had to deal with. I have to constantly top up because my work systems consumes all my data as soon as it's loaded. When will my problem be resolved. 2 weeks ago I was defending Vodacom in a conversation around poor service, little did I know i would be receiving the same **** service my friends were complaining about. FIX MY LINE!!!!! Do you want me to get fired.....This is really shocking. I have to use my phone as a hotspot topping up every 2 minutes. Can't watch tv for a week because my line is down
