I do not know how many times i must inform you that i never was interested in your services. when i was looking i had to pay R 1600 and for what? you were unhelpful and not willing to assist me at all. Stop sending me invoices and statements. i have informed you from the beginning that i am not interested to be a member.
I am VERY frustrated with your establishment. Before you do anything for us you expect payment, but this is the service we receive from you??? I have tried to make contact on NUMEROUS occasions asking for guidance and following up on my application. Online it says that the supporting documents was not received but I submitted them with the application. Again, before I was able to do this I had to pay R 1350.00. You have asked for my marriage certificate, but I am not even married. You also asked for articles document, but I have a degree and have been working in practice for 7 years now. I have also done SAIT’s exam to be able to get the general tax practitioner designation. Why is there no communication? I am not happy and very frustrated.
This mother****ers keep on contacting me about outstanding debt of R 67.74 from Cell C. I had conversations with Cell C and they never handed over any debt and gave me a letter stating that everything is paid up. Why do you keep phoning me? ON MY WORK PHONE????? Usually on a line that you can not understand or here the ****ers. I AM SICK AND TIRED of this harassment. Now that I have your name I know exactly where to go.
This mother****ers handed me over to debt collectors for R 69 that I did not even know I owe them as I cancelled my contract months ago!!! I am at my wit's end with this company. This is also me going to start seeking help with a consumer lawyer and so on. Ek is GATVOL!!!! Skaam julle julle nie>?????
Yesterday I have received confirmation from your call centre that my outstanding amount of R 259.00 was paid in full. This morning I saw on my credit score the you are showing 2 missed payments now with the whole amount outstanding. I am losing my patience with Cell C. Correct this or I will be going to a lawyer and sue the **** out of you for ruining my PERFECT credit score that I have spend YEARS on building it. It took me almost SIX months to get a contract that was expiring cancelled with you and you STILL had the audacity for additional charges. You are not adhering to you own governance as well as your own codes of conducts. Sies man!!!! I am at my wits end with the absolute PATHETIC services received from you. Mind you I have NEVER even ONCE missed a payment with this ****hole of a company.
I have been struggling with Unisa for more than 3 months to sort out a simple registration issue. I have send hundreds of emails to every possible email address that I could find online. I have not receive one singlereply. I have phoned Unisa numerous times. Today I have been holding on for over an hour for an incompetent consultant that does not know how to read your OWN FREAKING STATEMENTS!!!!! to have her end the call. Unisa does not have their students best interest in mind. Unisa do whatever they want. You have incapable personal working for you. I have made my payment for registration and still the registration have not kicked in. This is not the last you hear from me. You will see your name in every single newspaper that I can get my hands on. I have spend thousands of rands on Unisa and you cant even deliver a BASIC service!!!
