Why are you not coming back to me???? I paid a lot of money for the seat covers, and now I have to phone and email after you to get attention, which I don't get..... When will I receive my seat covers?
Not answering the phone, or responding on emails sent via your website. The only tracking information shows that the parcel was Out on Line Haul at 20:10 on the 22nd of November. I'm still awaiting delivery of the parcel. This is the poorest service ever - when can I expect to receive my goods?
I deposited R192 at 09H36, and its still not reflecting in my account. I've been sending messages on their online customer care with no response. Why do you have an online customer care platform, but it's unmanned?
After the last review regarding Betway, things were corrected very quickly. I then received emails on how they are sorry for inconvenienced caused. I then on the 16th of March, again deposited money into my account. And again, till this day it doesn't reflect in my account. I am not sure why they have all these mechanisms for depositing money into your account, then afterwards they make the excuse that the EFT system is not managed/manned 24/7.
On 22nd of February I deposited R100 to my online account. And it's still not reflecting in my account. Until today, after several attempts on live chat, and emails sent to their eft clearance and support emails addresses, I still haven't had any feedback. This is very poor service....
