DON’T GET A CONTRACT WITH THEM!!!I played myself when l choose to get a contract with them!Horrific service when you call to cancel any contract. You constantly have to fight to get the process done and arrogant teller when you visit the branch assistance!

The credit card department is pathetic! l have been trying to resolve a block on my card for the past 3 days and still nothing has been done. There's no sense of urgency
Since December, l have been calling them to cancel the airtime and sms that keeps being credited to my account after my contract expired.I have been calling 135 and can never get through to the retention department.HONESTLY, it doesn’t exist because l keep holding for +30mins.Am upset, l had to stop the debit order so they could respect me but l still have no feedback!!!EXHAUSTING
