I have never been this disappointed with an insurance. For a month I could not get through to the claims department on the phone. 2 weeks ago o logged a claim on their app and received a confirmation email. Do date no one has called and there has been no response. For 3 cars I am paying nearly R2500 and this is by far the worst service ever. I officially starting to shop around for something more reliable.
I am so disappointed and frustrated at Rawson properties for not actioning the agreed repairs required at my house that I was renting out through them. For more than 3 years I have rented out my house with Rawson properties, there were a few glitches but maters would always get resolved eventually. On the 28th of December 2021 I moved back into my after an inspection and handover of keys was conducted and agreed with a Rawson agent. Rent for the December month was still outstanding by then and only 3 items needed to be repaired. 2 of 3 items were indicated by the agent as items pointed out by the tenant. To date only a portion of the December rent has been paid and no repairs have been done at my house. On almost a daily basis I contact the Rawson agent to enquire on when the balance of the rent will be paid and when repairs will be done, all i get is promises that by tomorrow things will be done. As things stand, I am living in a house with a broken window, no bathroom door and damaged sink cupboard that will fall apart any day now.
I bought a Manhattan Medi Spine bed from Lewis Stores in January and in February I went and layed a complaint at the store that the bed was making a noise. Even when you just sit on it there is a noise or when tossing and turning. I didn't stop there, I even sent a complaint email to the Lewis Stores Head Office via their complaints mailbox. To date I am still sleeping on a bed that sounds like it's breaking as I sit on it, toss and turn or even get off. More than a month later I still get the message that the bed will be replaced by the end of the week whenever I follow up with Lewis. I never even get feedback as to why are there delays unless I contact Lewis. I am utterly disappointed at Lewis Stores and Medi Spine beds. If I had money readily available, I would go to another store, buy myself a new bed and get rid of this thing. This is honestly unfair treatment from Lewis and Medi Spine for a bed I bought cash. Feels like I'm sleeping on a 10 to 20 yeas old bed.
