Poor service. Lodged a complaint for an incorrect reconnection of an old decoder which resulted in a double charge for an additional package. Paid in full for my active package yet they refuse to reconnect my services.
Fraudulent unauthorized transactions going through on my RCS card.
Fraudulent Glocell transactions going through on my account. I've been holding on for hours for the call centre to report the fraud. I have sent an email earlier in the week to the fraud department. A second transaction has gone through this afternoon, I cannot reverse the transactions or report or block the card. Can I please have an urgent response?
This company is absolutely useless. I've never experienced such bad service from anyone.! They are quick enough to demand money once you've signed up with them but don't deliver the services promised. They have broken the contract but insist that I wait out the term before they even consider refunding me.
Due to Covid our planned cruise for Feb 2021 was cancelled, but somehow moved to Jan 2021. Early in January this trip was also cancelled by MSC. I fully understand that this is due to COVID and beyond there control. I immediately requested a refund and only after various emails eventually received a form to submit. This was done towards the end of January. I follow up at least once a week and always get the same response - "Please note that I have checked and see that the refund has been processed on your booking. Now the money just needs to be released into your account by our HQ. Please keep an eye out in your account in the next few days/weeks as this will be done". This is getting ridiculous, I can't get a clear answer out of them and nothing is happening in terms of the refund. I will definitely never book with them again.
