I am having an issue with my membership. I called Flexicare, had to wait on hold for 10 minutes, only for Consultants to transfer me from department to department. After all that, they hang up on me.
"Welcome to Miway, where we do insurance your way", that's when you sign up and pay your monthly premiums, they are very friendly, UNTIL you make a claim, then they start treating you like a ********. I got threatened that if I continue with my claim and it gets rejected, things won't be good for me. Of which they rejected my claim, based on reports and statements that they didn't want to share with me. If only I had saved the money that I paid in premiums every month. I would've been able to fix my car myself. Guys be careful of MiWay.
