Unprofessional refund delays! After supplying all details for a transaction, the transaction could not be concluded, due to WBC Midstream not being capable to comply with a request for details relating to faults listed. I cancelled the transaction and request KevinM to refund my holding deposit Saturday. I am told this afternoon (3 days later) they need my credentials To process the refund - all of which they have e already! Kevin has ghosted me ( not accepting my calls), and their call centre confirmed that there is no phone number for Midstream branch , and that I have to deal with Keven!
I dealt with KARABO KOBOYANKWE who under the circumstances, handled my query exceptionally well!
Supp**** a deposit for an item to be made expecting delivery within 15 working days. Nico failed dismally and after 3 months of promises, has failed to return my deposit. Legal action has been initiated,
There is not enough space. Dishonest, ****, Cheat, non-communication. He has had my BMW1200R since October for a cracked engine casing. H did not accept another engine I had bought to use the casing, but rather opted to "have it welded". Since then there are damaged parts and absolute poor workmanship. I should have seen this coming. Will end up in a legal battle!!!
Rapid Quote and Deposit paid..... from then on a total disaster. Unsupervised work, shoddy workmanship, arrogant contractor on site, requested additional money during contract, what should have been a days installation, has turned out to be numerous visits to site, now 5 weeks later, the gas geyser is faulty, and snag list has not been attended to. Will definitely not recommend this company at all!
I helped my mother close a redundant account for membership fees - not purchases, about 12mths ago. Now I receive comms from an attorney to pay another 12mths of membership, whe I clearly colesed the account last year! Absolutely pathric, that a 87year old is hounded and treated with no empathy!
I receive around 3 - 5 calls a day from Service Providers attempting to sell me Car Track. Over the past 5 months I have repeatedly explained that I have a Tracking Device, and that I must be removed from their data base. All Call Centre Agents agree to remove my contact details and escalate this, however I still repeatedly receive these calls.
