Excellent service from Mhlengi when I phoned for new service
Ordered a Colonel Boxmaster at KFC Glen Marais, Kempton Park on Sunday 19 October 2025. When the item arrived the hash brown in the wrap was not OK. Resulted in my daughter getting sick. I ordered via Mr. Delivery and has log a complaint but has not yet received feedback. I am very disappointed and will NEVER order from KFC again!!!
This is absolutely the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Keep on sending e-mails with no proper explanation or proof of so-called account(s). It's no use sending e-mails asking them for the information as they don't even reply on the mails. Wish there was less than one star as they don't even deserve a 1-star rating.
I can honestly say that I only received good service from this company ONCE! Other that that they are a total DISASTER. You receive invoices then you pay and send POP, but it ALWAYS show as outstanding on my account. In some instances I had to mail them POP up to 4 times and then my account still shows that the invoices is outstanding. Trying to phone them is the most frustrating thing as they either don't answer the phone at all or they take forever to answer the phone. I can totally understand why this company get so many bad reviews from people, because their service is absolutely terrible. And if you try to explain something to the persons answering the phone (when they finally do after 30 minutes), you get an attitude from them. Maybe they do not realize that all their customers is actually paying their salaries. I will be cancelling their services as after so many years, I cannot see my way out to do business with them any longer!!! Unfortunately I cannot give them a minus rating as I think a 1 star is too much.
The experience I had with company is a total disgrace so far. Firstly my account that shows outstanding although proof of payments were sent via email 8 times already. They just cannot get it right - even after numerous tickets filed on their website - They sent an email informing you of your ticket number and that someone will call you - what a joke - you wait forever. Then you get an email saying the proof of payments has been allocated but the website still shows the invoices as outstanding. I even asked them if I should go to their offices to show them how to allocate payments as it is not rocket science. I am at the point of giving up on this service provider. I have three services with them but yet no action taken when it is requested. Now the wifi connection of my one service is down - phoned them and after waiting for what feels like a decade, you are just cut off. When can someone capable phone me and be appointed to sort out my account as I am seriously considering cancelling the service!!!!
If there was minus star I would rate this company minus 100 stars!! I have been battling to get my account sorted out for almost 5 months now!! It is absolutely no use to send e-mails as you get no reply and if you log a query on the website, it is closed without ANY ACTION being taken. Also no use to send POP as my account is not updated accordingly although BIG EMPTY PROMISES are made that they will fix it. At this point in time I don't know what else to do to get this company to do their job!!!! Emails were sent to their accounts department, their billing department and Finance Administrator but although my mails are read, no response whatsoever.
I currently have 3 lines from Supersonic. The last one I applied from on the 26th November 2022 and paid the amount as required. On the 28th November the debit order for the other line was deducted. On the 1st December Supersonic deducted a double debit order amount instead of only the pro-rate amount for the 4 days. The unit was delivered on the 27th November 2022 so meaning I only had to pay for 4 days. The full amount paid on the 26th was for the month of December. I have logged a query and try to phone them but there is no other word as totally pathetic the service they give. On one call I was told to hold on and after 25 minutes the person still did not come back to me. How must I resolve issues if this is how Supersonic treat their customers. Would also like to mention that I pay for my service every month!! They even say you can ask them to call you back but this NEVER happens!
Although I was not very satisfied with their service at the start, I can honestly not complain about the latest service, especially from Joshua - well done
This is absolutely the worst company I ever dealt with!! I had an account with Nepic and was then taken over by Supersonic - what a mess. Not a week without no internet connection. Now been without internet since Thursday, 11 March 2021. Been promised after numerous phone calls that a router and sim card will be delivered within 48 hours by RAM Couriers. Still waiting. After 34 phone calls I still have no idea on when I am going to get the router. I work from home and this is driving me up the wall. Promised that manager will phone me back - whatever as if that will happen! Anybody else with the same problem?
