I have been with them for a few months now and everytime I have a query I ask for a call back and they always call and have the most helpful and patient staff. It's a pleasure dealing with them
My car has been awaiting approval from the 24/01/23. My concern number is 35174. Tell will I be getting my car repaired or will it be sitting for another month as u ignore me and my query. Cheryl has been a avoiding me and she hasn't even escalated my issue to get approval. Please can I have feedback as this is the only platform I can communicate with ur company
I have been having having so much issues with my car that I purchased from We Buy Cars and they never call you back but they send their cars to PPP platinum Auto to get sorted before u take the car away and these guys are on the ball the follow ups the assistance the urgency it is amazing. They really try and satisfy you to the best of their ability. Every time I call even if there is no feedback they answer the phone unlike the customer agent Cheryl from We Buy Cars. She is always busy or unavailable. My car has been in the shop for about 2 weeks now and I consistently get feedback from PPP Platinum Auto. I am patient because of Platinum Auto as they are keeping me cool because of their service and they are really customer satisfaction inclined.
I bought a car from We Buy cars and their back up service is terrible. I logged a call on the 03-12-2022 and was told by the site i will get a call withing 24hrs to assist with my complaint. so i waited and waited eventually on the 7th I called in and no one would help because it was assigned to a person that couldnt be reached (They tole me he would call back). which he didnt and then on the 8th i eventually got ahold of him and asked him what was happening he had told me he had a back log and was dealing with that first. WOW a 5 day back log on complaints, no wonder their service is so bad, they really dont care about their clients. To this day i have called in 7 times while they called me once on the Friday because i had called before that and showed my anger. On the call on Thursday i was told they need to inspect the car and was told they would tow it to their premises and inspect which meant that this would have been at my own risk as they say they will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle while on their premises, so i told him i will take the vehicle there myself just m,ake the arrangements and he said on he will speak to the manager there and he will make sure they arrange for a mechanic to be waiting for me to check the vehicle and not to my surprise i get there and no one knows anything as the manager is off sick and he is actually working from home so i wait yet again in the springfield branch for 2 hours for nothing. i am then told on Friday that the HO is awaiting the invoices from the repairer and i think to myself why are they asking the repairer for invoices when they should have it if they paid them for doing a job which makes me feel like something fishy went on here. All i want is to Change the vehicle and to a more expensive and reliable vehicle because technically i have the vehicle for 5 months but in that 5 months we buy cars had it for just over a month. because they day i was supposed to take delivery the water bottle was broken and the car was running and being test driven without coolant or water and the day i took delivery the car was making a whistling noise and then wen i get the car back a month later low and behold its the same noise and i have to take it back again and this time it comes back with a different noise and now the water is mixing with oil in the water bottle which they replces but never check and fix properly. Today i call 2 times and the feedback is i have received the invoices and sent it to HO but i cant tell you when they will give feedback which makes no sense if they say ur log should be complete in 3 to 4 days. It is also a point that once the car is sold and you sign you are fogotten about.
I have been having endless problems withy Ford Kuga which in the first year was getting sorted with no issue however in the second year particularly from March this Year. They have replaced my engine and still issues my plugs weren't even put in right. The car is drinking oil and I'm told that's normal. I am being pushed pillar to post to no real answers. My car had been giving some performance issues which, when taken back to Ford, was the cat Converter and I waited 3 months for feedback, in those 3 months I left messages but never got a call back, as I was told it was going to get replaced which never happened until I went back to find out what's happening. The guys did a diagnostic and got sensor errors which I said to get fixed and then another senor error in a matter of 2 days after that was fixed in another 3 days my management light comes on again which was now a turbo problem which never got fixed. All I want is what was promised to me. Fix my turbo and replace my cat converter. The start stop feature doesn't work which was also on the job card which isn't even being mentioned. I has also mailed the dealer principal and no reply on that aswel. The service they promise and the delivery are 2 very different things.
I called in to speak to a person about why my warranty was declined and i spoke to the guy Sello (if thats even his name). He told me I needed to get consent from the owner so I said I will conference the person in to get permission. He refused to allow that saying that he cant wait 1 hour, wherever he got that time frame from, as I told him the person is waiting for the call. He refused to listen and started being rude and disrespectful. I also need to extend my warranty which i was going to do aswel. I tried to tell him that it will take 1 minute but he said the person must call and then I can call back. I got very upset and raised my voice saying it will only take a minute but he did not care. I asked his name he rudely said Sello and wen i asked his surname he cut the call on me. This was the worst person i ever spoke too and I assume he was going off Shift and didn't care just wanted to put the phone down.
