This company ****med and deceived me reporting that they are from the government lowering interest rates as I am being overcharged and most of my premium is going into the interest than the car itself. I believed them and sent my details, however it was not all documents. I discovered that they are not trustworthy, I texted them over WhatsApp that I am withdrawing from their offer and under duress they said that I cannot just withdraw, they have already processed my information and they are done from their side. I later received a call that they won't process the application as my documents are incomplete and my identity won't be flagged to the credit bureau. In the evening the very same WhatsApp number indicated that they are done processing my information.
Thank you 1st for Women team. I needed your help, at night panicking in the middle of the rain and within 5 minutes there was roadside assistance with just a request on the App. I really appreciate you guys👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Thank you Busi for the reassurance
This mobile network is still deducting my account *****ulently without receiving any Data. I do not advise anyone to have a contract with this company. Even now I am still waiting for their response after I wrote a review on Hellopeter.
My contract ended in February this year 2024. I received a call from MTN saying that I must renew my contract but I cancelled instead and they said that March would be the last month for deduction as it was already on the Roll. In April they deducted money, as I had cancelled I blocked MTN not to deduct. Then in May they did again with a different reference number to access my account as I had blocked them with a different amount being deducted yet I received no data as much as they were deducting. I called my bank and they said that what they are doing is *******. Today 17 June 2024 I consulted MTN for enquiries and they said that it was blocked instead of cancelled and that I am Owing R400 even though I was not receiving data that you could say I had used therefore I owe MTN. They gave me cancellation letter with reference 1-44902640497 and they said that I should call to officially cancel as the document given to me is not official although it has reference. Kindly assist on this matter as MTN is deducting in my account without my consent.
NSFAS paid for my university fees for 2 years, from 2009-2010. In 2015 I was called to start paying for my Dept which was R 41 731,99. Every month R700 was deducted from my persal number since 2015. Today I am still paying that amount which indicates that I'm being ****** as 2015 is quite a long time even with interest included it does not make sense. They do not answer their telephones, with no clue and helpless on getting hold of them. Please kindly assist.
Eskom took our electricity since Wednesday at Mabopane, even today there is no electricity. When we contact them on 0860037566 they do not pick up the line, they end up hanging down our calls waiting for 43 minutes hoping that they will answer. My father sent SMSs on this number 35328, he only received electronic responses without follow ups with details of meter number. I sent them email on this link customerservices@eskom.co.za 5 times with an electronic response only but no assistance. I sent a WhatsApp on 0718977344 and the number does not work as the message has 1 tick. When I try living a voice message record as their option when contacted it reports that the mail is full. Please assist us the community of Mabopane to get hold of ESKOM
I had car accident on the 26th of February 2021. My car was towed by 1st for women insurance, had AR number from the traffic officers. I called my insurance immediately to submit AR number. The person who knocked my car agreed that her insurance will cover my car damages. I then called my insurance seeking no claim letter to submit to that person's insurance. The other insurance gave me forms to complete and supporting documents to submit. I submitted everything except photos of my damaged car. As the car is not with me I could not take the requested photos so that the other insurance can proceed with claims. I called my insurance several times (1st for women) asking them photos as they kept the car at their storage, instead there is no help, talking to different people every day over the phone to try and assist me. It is 3 weeks now asking for same thing with no help and no follow up from them. I even went to an extent of forwarding emails of what exactly was required by the other insurance and no one has ever responded to my emails at 1st for women insurance. I seek help in taking this matter forward helplessly.
