I have had the best experience of my life with Kia East Rand, it was effortless and they went out of their way to help me! Thank you David, Carmen and Pieter you guys are one in a million. Will definitely be sending people your way. I absolutely love my new car!

Management sorted out my warrant and paid my fine
Darren (management) was quick and efficient in sorting out my complaint and paying my fine after struggling for weeks with the consultant. Thank you Darren.

Arrest warrant because of Fines SA
Warrant out for my arrest thanks to this terrible company who didn’t pay my fine! I paid them 09/03/2022, followed up 4 weeks later and received a snotty email that was copies and hi lighted in yellow “8-12 weeks to be resolved” Which to me is freaking RIDICULOUS! Now I receive an email from payCity that there is a warrant out for my arrest due to non-payment from Fines SA!!!!! Contacted them and they said they would resolve it and payment will be made Friday 29/07/2022 by 12:00 in the afternoon!!!!!! IT IS STILL NOT F PAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your company is fraudulent, awful at communicating and just plain useless. This needs to be sorted out tomorrow 01/08/2022 because if I get arrested for your negligence then I will open a case of fraud against your company. You can ask Zaid to give you my details.

Worst real estate agents
Never use NIEWALD PROPERTIES as your estate agents. They don’t ask the necessary questions to clients when buying your house, now NIEWALD PROPERTIES have wasted a month and a half of our time by saying our house was sold but in truth it wasn’t. We had to show away potential buyers because of them and now we are sitting with a “ sorry for the inconvenience”. NIEWALD PROPERTIES is an absolute useless company as you have to follow up with them and their attorneys. They do nothing.

Creating more debt for clients
According to my bank I am in arrears with my payments from December 2020, I signed up with Debt Busters in September 2020. Now Debt Busters tells me that I am responsible for the payment because of their error in not making the December payment to my bank. I have asked how that is possible and that I would like to cancel my agreement with Debt Busters as they DO NOT make payments and then you as their client need to sort that out yourself with your bank! I have been trying to get it sorted for the past 2-3weeks with no success! Debt Busters is absolutely USELESS and only gets their clients into further debt!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM AS DEBT CONSOLIDATORS! They promise a lot but once you sign up they do absolutely nothing to help you.
