Hills pet nutrition customer service is ****
**** customer service. This is now the second time I'm dissatisfied with Hills pet nutrition. The first time I let it slide but when I phone regarding a puppy welcome kit coupon the lady I spoke too couldn't answer me, sitting on the other side of the call with a mouth full of teeth. Seriously people spend hundreds of rands on this products and we as customers should be treated better.

I was looking for pet insurance for my rabbit, Ravyn, saw an ad on Facebook and asked if they can cover Ravyn and they said they did, Jaen Boshoff contacted me and processed my application, she was super friendly and listened to what I needed, such great service!
