What a wow I’ve never experienced such poor to no service from this company I’ve been without fibre for almost a month now .I’ve been calling Vodacom their consultant only tells me to switch on and off the router and they’ve been sending a Technician from 3 weeks ago and they never arrived till today but they are taking my money .please stay away from Vodacom fibre .Im staying in 107 Pringle road SANDRIFT but it is so difficult for Voda to reach.I think it is time to move to MWeb
I’ve been without electricity for 3 days yet I pay R 2300 rates all my food is waisted I’ve been told to wait such a poor service I’ve never experienced before mind you Cape Town is raining and very cold .This city is cruel I must say I have small kids

This people are crooks that Faith Khumbuza girl. I transported my car with them with no scratches. When the car arrived in Durban its had scratches, I sent an email to them requesting a claim she said shes doing a follow up to tell me the car was damaged and fabricated the departure inspection form and told me they will not pay. Please don't transport your car with these crooks.
