If anyone was going to write a bad review it was me. In fact I was so ****ed off with this company that I was actually looking forward to writing a negative review. However, lie I shall not. Whilst the logistics of this company 100% need improving and communicating directly with them is near impossible their product is faultless. As much as it pains me to say .... their product is actually game changer. It is the ONLY natural, safe deodorant that works for me. I even tested it to be 100% sure I couldn't write my negative review and I stopped using it for a day... let me just tell you, it works. It really does.
I placed an online order with incredible connection and I have not been helped at all. I made a purchase 10 days ago which I was told could not be fulfilled due to lack of stock... Which was a lie as I went to the store myself and they had stock, which I had to pay AGAIN to purchase as it was a store order and the previous one was an online order. So now I have spent R8,000 in total on two of same item. My online refund I have been fighting for 10 days to get a refund and despite providing multiple bank account details no money has been received and no POP sent. I'm furious now and will be taking further action against this company for withholding my money.
Shocking service. They claim to offer easy 30 day returns but when returning something the very next day they refused to accept it because the box was damaged. This was obviously not my fault as I handed it back the very next day. The box must have been damaged in delivery and they are trying to pin it on me. This is an infringement of my consumer rights. I will be using amazon from now on.
Absolute worst. Their advisors do not give clear, straightforward advice. No tests I went for (that were supposedly covered as advertised in the brochure) were paid out and I am still receiving bills from Ampath. Changed over to bestmed and it was the best decision.
Devan was absolutely the most help and honest person I’ve met in this industry. He took his time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions - and I had many! I was very glad to have met him. He advised me well on what products to get based on my situation. I’m sure they will serve me well. Thanks Devan!
Terrible communication throughout - my stuff was delayed over 2 weeks with NO communication. I was left very worried. Delivery day kept moving and in the end the delivery came at 9pm 2 weeks after promised. Biggest disappointment and stress. The last thing you need when moving.
Worst customer service and very bad delivery. They don't respond to any emails or messages and it has been 2 weeks I am still waiting for my order with no answer to any emails.
