Game must refund my money because the order failed & I did not receive the fridge
I purchased a fridge on Game Online on Saturday the 15th of March 2025. Order number 1243443437, the payment went through my bank and I later got a message from Game that the Order failed. On that vey same day, I phoned Game and was told to send proof of payment which I did. I received an email from their web support (Nonkosi) that my query was escalated to their head office, and they will revert in 24-48 hours. Since the 48 hours passed, I have been phoning every day to follow up, but I am not getting any joy from Game. They last told me my query is with Finance. My reference number is H2JC.

Debt Review Removal ****
I went to this company to get my debt review removed & they charged me R12 000 indicating that they will deduct it monthly in installments of R1500. I paid the first installment and a month later when I checked my credit report, there was a loan of R17 000 in my name with arrears already added. When I queried that they said I am a problem, and they cannot help me anymore. I am now struggling to get that negative report from my credit report. They did not help me with anything.. The owner of the company is Deborah Maja, and she says she is an attorney.

Unhappy with MBD/Direct Axis
My Direct Axis Account was handed over to MBD with ref 85298328428 and as per arrangement, I paid R30 000 on the 05th May 2022. To date, this amount is not allocated to my account. I keep on phoning and being sent from pillar to post. So far I spoke to Andrew Tsholo, Caroline, Dineo and they keep on saying that Nisha/Faith will call ,me back but I am not getting any calls. Please allocate this amount as it impacts my credit report. Your phones either ring unanswered or you do not respond at all.

Samsung & Vodacom TV promotion scam
Samsung and Vodacom were running a promotion where you were allowed to by a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and receive a 32 inch TV. I followed the process as provided and was given order number 49LMDMGDB. I have sent all the required documents and numerous phone calls later I still haven't received the TV. This has been going on since November last year. Every time I speak to their consultants (Nomonde & Senzi), I get told to sent an email to their verify department, this email is being read constantly by Jody Paulsen but no response is forthcoming. I am starting to think that this is a scam and I did tell their consultants so.
