A ****** and *********** organisation. We bought tickets cash and prepaod everything and provided proof and evidence that they needed. Still waited weeks to receive feedback if I'm getting my visa or not. Only got feedback when i went high and low to have them answer the phone to only tell me my visa is denied 2 weeks before my departure date. I guess i am the wrong skin colour. They took my money on card and refuse to give me food and said they will reverse it in 24 hours
Okay. No cap. Where is the internet? I thought this outage is a well-known issue as it has affected the whole of Johannesburg and other parts of South Africa. I'm being told that the issue is being looked at instead of being fixed by technicians. And this is not only for Fibre but for other services you offer. We work from home and do everything else using the internet, how are we supposed to get stuff done while loadshedding is also giving us a hard time. I've been Given a run around by your support calls to switch of this and turn on this while they know that it's an outage your side and very little to do with the router. You keep saying i must allow time to get further feedback while time is not on anyone's side. Please advise ETR and acknowledge that this is not an individual issue.
Initially asked for the WiFi password, I was denied at first and only was assisted by someone patient. Asked for shisha and had a lot of eye rolls and attitude about how I wanted it to be made. I was not told that the shisha will not be made and was only told after an hour that they refuse to make it. Asked why we were not told and we were told that they have a lot of problems that they don't want to address to us
Once again, I am here to talk about Vodacom and their lack of support. I applied for relocation for my fibre. This is in the same complex, same address and everything and i was told that it takes about 30 days and i was considered lucky to have it sorted out in a week (still not active). I was told i would get my internet connection on the 1st, the then the second then then the 5th and still nothing. Only to find out that my case was never assigned to anyone since i last applied for relocation on the 24th. I have spoken to so many people promising to help me from their fibre department and opening multiple service requests and no resolution. I have all the equipment for installation but it yakes 30 days to get the fibre kine to be active. Will i pay for the month of July? My guess it is yes.
