Honestly nothing to really complain about, it's a massive pain having to go there to activate electricity and their email tends to reject messages for reasons like the mailbox being full and anti spam for some reason? Other than that, when up and running it was all smooth sailing, never got a crazy bill, never had any issues and cancellation is very straightforward.
I'm the founder of a small startup, and decided to use Yoco's API's to handle my online transactions. They are down constantly for maintenance at the most inconvinient times, and on mobile apps, it simply does not redirect to Absa's 3D secure, and refuses to take payment from FNB. Their API documentation is horrible and confusing, with some simply not working (ie. the refund API). Rather pay a little more in transaction fees and use Payfast.
How do you call yourself a business that offers to deliver a product, but can't even provide a waybill number so that the client can track their books? It's already a bad experience having to spend thousands on textbooks, but congratulations Van Schaik, you make it even more miserable. I'd rather pay more and use Takealot, at least I know where my orders are and they're always reliable.
