Whatever you do , don’t go to this hospital
This is the 4 time I have been in this I Hospital doing follow up surgeries, This hospital has deteriorated and they Stuff are your worst nightmare, food is awful, Nurses have attitude , Today Medical ward 2 was open and I had an MCL operation.Came back from theatre around 11 ish and I was in pain they gave me something for pain and I dosed off till 6pm waking up with so much Pain . Asked for my meds and the nurse couldn’t even get the drip to work she left me like that and at 6/7 they change shifts , Called the new nurse of shift and she tells me that at 2pm I had an injection and I tell her no 1 has injected me since I went to theatre this morning , when she checks her tablet it says the injection was never ordered during the day and they will order it now it’s 19:56 so I have been in pain crying since 6 pm still no injection the only thing they can say is We so sorry

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
Please don’t ever take your car to get fixed at this place ,my brothers car has been there since April 2024 it’s end of August now. Every month is a different story .They say the car will be ready on a certain date , the date comes only for them to tell us the car isn’t ready…this is still short blah blah every month for the past 4 months, if the had too much work they could have referred the insurance to another panel beaters , but the cannot finish the work on time , now they telling us the battery is faulty mind you the car was brand new from the garage model DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please if you want peace and your car back in time

Why is are you guys even selling this services if you cannot do anything to resolve issues
Worst customer service I experienced, I brought rain since 03/01/2021and ever since then the network is bad I cannot download anything my download speed is 0.38 pings are 32 I cannot download anything even a song of 315 mbps take 30mins to download cannot watch any live dstv it buffers every 2 min, customer service said that there are 95% people using the network so it should give me a problem but not to an extent that I cannot download agent then advised me to cancel, so end of the month will come and I don't know what I would be paying for
