Even after cancelling they still debit you, can't remove card details, can't get them on the phone. What is the solution?
In July a sales person by the name of Siphokazi Mgikela called in July 2025 asking if I'm still happy and would upgrade. I told her I am happy with my current plan and don't want anythibg further. She than offered a free router to which I told several times I do need a router. She than said it's free. I asked many times if it really is free, she said yes it's free. I cannot emphasise how many time I asked if it's really to which she kept answering yes. A month later I was debited way more than I usually am only to find this person added this router to my current contract. I have been requesting to cancel this contract for months now. Still nothing, I sent the router back in September and I am still being debited. When I called them they said that contract has been canceled. I have received no formal letter stating that the contract has been canceled. I am basically paying for something I don't use of even asked for. This thing of sales people just wanting to make a sale is *******. I've set up a meeting with a lawyer cause this is ridiculous. Siphokazi may as well be a ****mer. I don't understand how it's been 3 months and they still haven't cancelled this contract.
