Besides the initial application going smoothly, thereafter for 4 months I have had nothing but incompetency. 1. The account was paused at end December 2023 for 3 months (till end March 2024) 2. 1 January 2024, they still deducted the installment! What a battle to get it back. Never mind the charges on my account when they tried putting it through before 1 January 2025 - never got the charges back. 3. Lo and behold they deducted again on 1 February again with charges!! Eventually got the installment back. 4. On 11 February 2024, I took everything back to them and cancelled the whole thing, they confirmed by sms that it was cancelled and that they had received every thing back. 5. Guess what, 1 March 2024, they deducted the installment total over 3 different amounts. Charges again. 6. To date I have not yet had the refund for March and some idiot responds totally incorrectly to the telephone conversation. 7. To date, past the 7 - 10 days, I am still waiting for my refund!!!!! Total incompetence, lies and false promises. To get hold of them is a mission, emailing does not exist until they contact you and say to use that email thread. No wonder Rain has such a ****py rating!!!
