Theft by Elite Service Centre
Offered to service and sell my vacuum cleaner and its accessories. They did not manage to do so, returned my vacuum cleaner but failed to return all the accessories. Despite many attempts to obtain this, and many promises by them to return them, nothing has ever come of this. They have, in my opinion, ****** my accessories

Renault PMB - Defective Vehicle Sold
Bought a 2nd hand Renault Duster from them with the assurance of no rust and a 101 point check done. After purchase discovered a large hole in the floor from rust and large amounts of rust under the windscreen. Renault "fixed" the rust but refused to put us back into the vehicle, forcing us to buy a replacement, which we had to do elsewhere as they had nothing suitable and were attempting to overcharge us on what they had on their floor (ie bought in from another dealer to be our replacement and then wanted R20 000 extra) Renault now refuse to pay the additional on the road costs and bank initiation fee charged on our new purchase

MTN Don't Care
I did an ugrade on 2 contracts on 2 January 2021 as these qualified for their upgrades. At the end of January 2021 I found out that MTN had double charged me for the old device and the new device and I requested this to be refunded on 4 February 2021. MTN then double charged for February 2021 as well. Eventually in early March 2021 a pro-rata credit was passed for the February 2021 double charge, even though the upgrade happened in January. No credit for January was given. At the end of March 2021 I was again double charged, which should not have happened if they had followed through on the logic of a pro-rata credit being made. I have lodged 5 complaints with MTN and merely get canned responses. I have had my service suspended in early March because I had not paid the overcharge by MTN, managed to get re-connected. MTN have again tried to suspend my service today. I have resorted to reporting MTN to the ombudsman but even this does not appear to have brought any relief to me
