Settlement has been paid but no settlement letter has been sent. The transaction is fnb to fnb
Dstv streaming Manage Devices does not work. I remove devices which are unknown to me but I still get "Reached Streaming Limit" on the device I use. This a waste of money.
I have raised many tickets and made several unanswered calls to Rain for a sim swop but no one has ever responded. It seems like hellopeter is the customer service division for Rain. Rain is a terrible service overall and is only getting worse.
The billing issue I complained was not resolved. Instead of settling the R249 balance, I was billed R499 so in total I paid 648 for a 499 monthly contract. Business Analysts need to get in a room and fix the system. It also became clear that call centre agents either don't know the product or the system. They are just not well trained. I am no longer interested in Rain
I made a partial payment of 50% in line with their policy. Today, my service is suspended and am unable to pay the real outstanding amount of R249.00 because the app reflects R748.00 This is the fourth instance of this billing mishap since I've been with the provider. Agents give a variety of lies about why this is happening. I missed critical work emails because of this. Rain quickly responds to Hello Peter but never to their tickets
Rain has the worst customer service. On the 29th November I made a partial payment of R249.00 which is 50% of subscription as per their partial settlement rule. Now my service has been cut off and I owe R748. How does that make sense? In May I was double billed an amount of R998. I paid through Shoprite and when I called to complain I was given ******* reasoning. No matter the number of tickets I've raised in the past none have ever been responded to.
Rain debited a card I used 2months ago. I make a card payment. I don't have a debit agreement with them. The card I used belonged to wife
