I phoned BMW Centurion on Monday (29/11/2021) to book a service. The receptionist told me that the person who does bookings is busy. She asked me to leave my number so that she can pass it on to the person who does bookings. It is Wednesday today (01/12/2021) and no one has called me. I had to take my car to BMW Midrand/Waterfall. Basically, I contacted them last month and they have not said anything, even in December.
Excellent service from Kim at Essops Sandton. She was very patient while we browse through the range of couches and dining room sets. Gave us all the information we needed to make a decision on what to buy. Delivery was also communicated in time. Overall; excellent work
