Unprocessed Claim
This company is the worst you can ever deal with. My claim was put through in February 2023 got denied in March 2023 because they say I did not sign declarations and they proceeded to pay 10% of my claim and nobody bothered to explain why. When I followed up they tell me it's because of their product change and now they have to pay they decline the payment again but it's not the first time paying them and my company gave them a green light. Claim administrator Lebo Mguni the worst you can deal with she does not even bother

House sale scam
this company was an intermediary to the house sale and they where also involved in the listing of the sale of the house. they gave me an offer to purchase which i signed and send it back to them. i then paid them money and after two month when i should move in the house they told me that the client doesn't want to go ahead with the sale. they gave me the refund forms to sign which was on the 25th of August and to date i have not received the payment. the service is bad and the ladies there are rude

Poor after sale services
My name is BensonI am very very unhappy with the service of telkom, my contract was due for renewal, two months ago I ordered a new phone via cell direct, the deal took forever to come, first they delivered the sim only and then they kept quite for two weeks and I only got my phone two weeks ago. I find out that my phone had no cover and I call cell direct to try and get cover they tell me that I have to call telkom to get cover. All the telkom customer care numbers are not working/ they have this WhatsApp option that has nothing to do with . Only the sales number. When you reach sales they tell you they can’t transfer you. Just today I got robbed of the same phone that just got delivered and I still have to pay for phones that I donot have. I think I will take this to the regulators.
