Disgutsing service. Been waiting since 17 April for connectivity between them and Vox. Endless emails and phone calls to a useless call centre and still nothing
Requested subscription cancellation on 28th March.Got email that i wouldbe contacted within 24 hours.Still waiting. Been debited now for May subscription. Service shocking and coverage to.
Still no fix for my wifi and signal issue. 2 months and counting. Vodacom roaming does not work either. Still no resolution on this either
Posted a problem a month ago. Got many phone calls and problem still not resolved.
Since 24 March my Cell C signal is shocking. Reported it numerous times.still no feedback. In the meantime i cannot use my wifi as the signal is to low. Use is for work. They do however debit my account every month for something i cannot use. Phone signal also shocking. Always on emergency calls only.
