Vodacom advertise plans like the powerflex. They dont allow you to sign on to this from a pc as a service. On their app you can do it as they want to get youre credit card signed up. This is sly business where can one report this.
Vodacom advertise the powerflex option. The site is reported as some kind of virus by Norton. Then when you get alink it reports technical difficulties. Kind of looks like a false deal only attracting attention falsely
They are overcharging a DSTV instllation re using old equipment and they charge about R10000 for an installation. They are late and and then once you call them all sorts of installers contact you and you dont know where they come from

Been with ABSA many years. Home insurance shcoking. Many years ago replaced a toilet and contractor appointed replaced it with a very small unit. Then Lightning strike gate motor ans some guy with very old vehicle rocked up dripping oil over my driveway. The next one half the house without power after this. Electrician rocked up appointed by ABSA fixed the problem. A few years later had a problem on geyser called my own plumber and ABSA never paid the claim. But the problem then because I used a resptacable plumber. He showed me geyser wires burned and also the previuos problem with half the house withou power were fixed by a neutral wire tapped from a light bulbs neutral supplying plugs? I cannot get inot the ceiling anymore and rely on ABSA to use approved contractors.l All I can say it seeems they are using BEE whatever contractors for window dressing. Then opereators ask silly questions and qoutes afterwords. I paid the plumber and gave up with the claim and **** some operator asked me as it is less cost and at least I had some feedback on what service I received from ABSA insurance. It took a few years to find out about it for reasons stated. The only reason I post this to wake up ABSA and verybody else to insist on good service as paid for. It is no use to try and solve this with ABSA as somebody with no knowledge will call you from some call centre to try and solve this. Suppose one must insist on a COC from the contractor on the work done.
Pretty bad service The mails server blocks all my mails and cannot communicate with anybody there.
