The clinic service was not worth the money. I deserve a refund. Their scan wasn't working properly so I was charged for literally nothing. The experience was so disappointing. I would never return nor recommend.
If you want inconvenience and frustration for a simple solution to having an internet connection that you pay for, choose Mweb. I have been with Mweb for over a year and I guess it’s my fault for taking this torture for so long but where can one get good service anyway? In a nutshell I inquired about cancellation and without confirming it or sending a letter or notification of what will happen with me, they did it anyway. I called to reinstall and am on day 3 of no internet. I guess they’re punishing me or something. The sales guy who assisted me seemed different and ready to help until he closed the sale and then I actually needed help so I guess he moved on to the next one. The company hides behind the concept of messaging as a form of communication for a very relevant and important service of our time. And don’t bother calling unless you have an open line phone contract or about R200 airtime per call to spare while being on hold. The agents do not take care in assisting but they are good at transferring you from one to the other. Take on this company at your own risk. If you can go elsewhere or heard of another provider, try it first and please send me details!
I receive yet another call telling me my things are incomplete for a claim after I receive a confirmation of claim registration. Now I have spoken to 6+ people and there's a new thing everyday. You have told me my claim will be sorted and I keep being messed around. Before you call me I have politely inboxed you, emailed, called and left voicemails. Worst service ever! I literally should be paid out by now if the first documents were actually processed.
Due to financial constraints, I kindly requested that my Vitality be canceled. Then I got a call telling me I get a special for Vitality for R99. Then I agreed. Then the next debit order, not only do I get debited the original R399 that I canceled but twice! I literally begged for my refund and they since said they would. Now this month, after confirming on a call that they must cancel this thing, I got Debited AGAIN!!! Unwanted R399X3 debited and still being disregarded. CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK AND THIS CANCELED!
Last year I opened up a bank account of Standard bank. Unfortunately life happened and I wasn't working any more. As I was assisted via emails to open my account and not worth great service at that, I asked for a downgrade while I try and find new employment. They said it's noted. It never happened. Time went by and it still wasn't done. Arrears were charged and failed debit orders as well and the amount came to over R8000. Then R7000 was paid into the account from previous employer and the whole amount was taken and there is now over a thousand. Now, I was handed over for that left over amount and I said okay I'll make and arrangement there but guess what they still don't want to close the account and said it will acquire more charges. So even though I asked for the downgrade and closing of account until paid up which I got BUT I still am expected to have more chages and pay forever because I don't have a lumpsome to pay up. I don't recommend this bank if you're looking for a new bank. If I'm handed over why am I still being charged? I was even told that I should've read my contract by the lady on the phone. Worst experience with this bank from beginning to end.
