Have wrote multiple reviews about Makro not wanting to give back my refund after an order that was canceled in Not. Makro responded,however nothing has been done today's,when you call the story/response is still the same "the teamleader is escaling again again to the finance department" MAK8153302. So sick of Makro,don't have words anymore.
Brought two cars(Ford fico and Mecedes Benz) for full service and both cars were diagnosed,and quotation paid in full on the spot. The ford figo was fully serviced, Unfortunately for the Mecedes benz there was gear selector that has to be ordered from Germany on 26-09-2024 and waited for it 3 months for the part to arrived and on the 24th Dec 2024 the car was brought in for installation, the clinic called in after the installation, only to find out the problem was not sorted after collecting the car. Called the boss/owner and he said there is one little part that was not included in the package, Whose peoblem is that???????? Now has to order that little part and he is not going to pay for that. The excuse is the last time he ordered the part for another car it came with everything.What a lame excuse and unproffesionalism.
I honestly have words anymore concerning this shop,i'm beyond angry and disgusted. Still fighting for my refund(three weeks)calling on a daily basis and no one is doing anything. 'We don't know why finance is taking so long,the so called team leader has been sending emails to finance to process the refund' WHAT THE HELL Never experience such a thing.Mnx
Donated 4k + to Makro online. The order was cancelled on the third week on Nov,requested a refund. Have been calling Makro on a daily basis and today customer care told me the order was placed through a third party and they are stuggling to get hold of the third party for a refund. So the refubd failed from their side. So who should refund a custome? How is Makro allowing third paties to sell via Makro if they dont have their details. What the hell. I'm so disgusted,can't explain it.
So sick and tired with Makro,i ordered pots online last week of November and they were not delivered(stock unavailable) then requested for a refund. Todate i have been calling Makro customer care and they keep on telling one and the same story"i see you have forwarded all relevant documents requested,finance is still processing your refund) to date I'm still struggling with my refund. Extremely disappointed.
My name is Beverly and I'm so furious with Vuma. I paid for my monthly wifi month to month premium on the 18th Thursday and today it's Monday, I have been calling them since that Thursday telling them I'm not connected and guess what I have been told my payment has not been allocated till today, so frustrated as I'm working from home and have to buy data on top what I paid.
