Bad Service, never shop online!!!!!
Incredible Connection online service is horrible and their employees are ****s also. I made an online order on 1 April 2023 , which a week later I received an email saying I have received an order which is a lie. I phoned the customer service which they escalated the matter to Vaal Mall store. The lady there assisted me giving me hope that my laptop is ready for collection, when I phone on the day of collection to say I’m coming to collect my laptop since they failed to courier then further say I’m order hasn’t been created. Up to this day I haven’t received my laptop, and I’m still waiting.

Quick and Easy to deal with
Excellent service, I left my car with them for 4 days and I got my car still in good condition and nothing was stolen.
