Booked my kia in for service and what a pleasant experience. From the moment I entered to the very last second, I was absolutely impressed with everyone who assisted me. The team at Kia Pinetown is truly customer centric. From warm friendly smiles ,kind gestures and a seamless service. I am happy to say I can’t wait for my next service. A special thank you to Linda at the service department, she really did go above and beyond her services. Definitely an asset to the company. An unforgettable experience indeed. [ ] I've never been so disappointed in a service provider before. I never understood why people told me telkom is the worst service provider until today. Sometimes you have to remember that aside from working in that company and having to stand by procedures. You need to use your discretion, there are honest people in this world. I can not stand to be told I did something when I clearly did not. Where is your humanity in a company to prove adamantly in your procedure but lack common sense and a heart!!!!!. I purchased a Huawei matepad T10 on the 25th of August from Pavillion shopping center TDS westville. I was told once i sign I can not return and there are certain apps I will not be able to use based on it being a huawei device. As I was completely okay with it as I stated i only needed browser for studies. Monday evening the 26th trying out my device I notice the browser kept crashing, I tried rebooting my tablet thinking that this would fix the error and switched off for the night. Tuesday afternoon the 27th, rebooting the device seemed to work for a while, as I was studying on the tablet, the screen turn a light colour and had white lines running midway of the screen. After work on the 28th I went into telkom trying to explain my situation and all I was told is that this is "physical damage" therefore they need to send it through to huawei to make a decision. Completely understandable that they have procedures to follow. Here comes the problem, all I heard was the screen is damaged based on "physical damage". As I have mention on numerous occasions nothing of such happen as the tablet was more in a box than in use. The tech guy Ayanda was completely insistence that it is "physical damage". So if you know the cause why even bother sending it to huawei, are you certified to make a statement as such?? I felt totally deframed in the store infront of many other customers. He stated that he needs to speak to his manager to make a decision based on their findings, his manager can authorize replacing the device or booking it into huawei. Despite showing the manager how the device crashes of every time I log into my student account, she stated she is not authorized approve a replacement it has to be sent of to huawei. Who and what do you believe???when there is lack of communication aswel. I've been a telkom user for years and not once defaulted a payment. Money is clearly not a issue. I was told the screen has been through "physical damage" this is reason why my study site is crashing. Please help me make sense of this because everything else on the tablet seems to be working perfectly despite the screen. I have a video to prove so. I am an honest and hardworking person who pays their way through life. I am disgusted that this company lacks such human values. I was told if the device comes back as "physical damage" I would need to pay a levy of R180 and continue to pay for 36 months. I absolutely refuse!!!! Not just because of the device being defective because of insensitive staff who deframed my character and lack of understanding. I am now incable of submitting my assignments because of lack of interest, yet to make a sale you guys are hands on.

Ahman harrichandparsad Venolyn nad****n Karabo mokoena I, personally, have experience in customer service and the staff mentioned, have over and above exceeded expectations. The process from start to end of my claim has been professional, insightful and heartwarming. It gives me such joy to know there are passionate people, who aside from their daily lives put 110% effort into their job. I was informed, continuously updated and you all were so patient. As disheartening as the situation was, I can confidently say I am happy to have chosen 1st for women as my insurer. You guys added a human touch and that alone sets a remarkable first claim experience. 1st for women should be proud to have such gentlemen, upholding excellent work ethic. Definitely a happy customer and would highly recommend you guys. Thank you for turning an awful situation into a pleasant one. Taliah Chetty
