Rain only ever communicates when it comes to their payment; whereas when there are connectivity issues within the area this does not happen. I’ve been without internet connectivity for half a day & it’s a necessity for me to work. There has been zero communication as always & the email sent not acknowledged or responded to. Where is the customer care & support? In the absence of internet will the monthly payment be pro-rata? This is unacceptable. Fix the issue or we move onto other service providers. This was never an issue until this past year! Totally unacceptable!
My car was sent to LS Autobody after submitting a claim with King Price insurance. In short, VERY POOR workmanship - the car was returned twice to fix what was not fixed. The paint work over time has changed colour!!! I’ve raised this as a complaint and nothing has been done. It’s also evident looking at all the other reviews that this is standard practice
I’ve been with KP for 5 years with one claim submitted. The repairs (not replacement) done on the vehicle were questionable to say the least. The vehicle was returned twice to the said panel beaters because of poor workmanship. Initially the car looked fine however over time the colour of the paint has changed! I raised a complaint & KP could not have been bothered to call – instead they sent an email & put me in touch with the panel beater who did absolutely nothing! There was no follow up call from KP. The cherry on top is when they increased my premium – I told them I am cancelling & only then I receive a call to address my issue (which they didn’t even try to attend to). You have no business in being an insurer if you don’t provide the service for the premium paid!
Received quick & efficient service from Seane Mohlahla who resolved a query I’ve had since January! It took less than 5 minites; this after emailing & calling with no resolution from another consultant! Thank you Seane, much appreciated
It’s been two months of waiting for my refund and zero explanation as to why I’m waiting!
Received excellent & fast service from Katlego Mthabela regarding a change on my policy. He didn't assume I knew everything but provided detailed info in order to best assist me with my query.
I've had the misfortune of being on this medical aid. I called their 'customer service' and requested a list of specialist network doctors within my area and I was told to source the info myself, they don't have that list. To make sure I'd heard correctly I asked the same question and was told the same thing. Ive never heard of such, especially seeing as this is the norm with many other medical aids. I managed to find a doctor, made a cash payment but cannot even make a claim because the first claim I submitted for another doctor visit was never paid back. This was done twice. I've sent a follow up email but my request was met with silence. I might as well not have medical aid given that I'm paying for service that is non-existent! I pay monthly yet I still have to pay out of pocket and zero response for my claim. This is wrong and I won't be sticking around to see what stunts you pull next!
