I clearly should've read the reviews here first before buying from these ****mers! As it currently stands, they have an adverti*****t for a light blue denim maxi dress, which is NOT a denim dress. Unfortunately, I only realised this upon receipt. I was appalled by the clearly and shameless misleading advertising in this day and age. I mean which self-respecting business does this? So I immediately logged a return which came at a ridiculous cost of R99 (so on top of it, I'm being penalised for an item sold on false advertising). The item was delivered on 3 February at 8:08pm and I logged a return same day at 8:26pm. The item was collected a couple of days later and these jokers now tell me that its too late for a refund and that I can get an exchange....as if I'd want more of their stup!t items! By the way, the picture of the dress was ****** on the internet :) ****** ****mers!
This spa does not even deserve 1 star rating, that's how pathetic their customer service is. Been trying to book an appointment for over 4 days, holding the line for over 10 minutes and being told by main operator to leave a message, which I did about 4 times with no call back. The only reason why I bothered is because I got a birthday gift voucher. The spa obviously got too popular with bookings cause the service staff behave like they don't need customers. With this level of pathetic service, I can only wish them goodluck with repeat customers.
I'm incredibly grateful to Mbali who (very!:)) patiently guided me through a very long process of getting reconnected to my internet, after my router issues. And she did this on a Sunday, a couple of minutes before 2pm - a lot of agents dont even bother to answer calls towards close of business hours. Much appreciated!
JIMC A AIR, PRIORITY MAIL LETTERS, South Africa. I purchased an item from the UK that arrived at JIMC on 13 April. I understand the delays caused by COVID implications, but this is now beyond pathetic! Three weeks later and no updates or communication since 13 April, no direct contact details and no responses whatsoever. I have heard of people's items getting stolen and I am starting to believe this. Please get your act together....if I knew this is what I have to go through, I honestly would not have bothered.
Just when you thought the "service" cant get any more pathetic..... On 17 April, I wrote a review about misselling from DSTV (Multichoice), three weeks after the incident (and three weeks of continuous reporting it to them). Soon after that, I was assured that the matter would be addressed. (The only time they bothered to pretend to be doing something about it, was when I posted it on this site...) Today, FOUR weeks later......the matter is STILL BEING "RESOLVED" with continuous "apologies". I have received four sms' to date informing me that the installers (Magadgets Electronics) would be coming to do the installation. These false sms' are accompanied with links confirming time and dates etc. on their system....The absolute weird part is that for all four incidences (incl. today), whoever from DSTV keeps arranging these so-called installations does not even have the decency to check first whether the customer would be home. All they do is send FALSE sms' which I did report to them last week. I have honestly never experienced such pathetic service on BASIC TASKS from a so-called established corporation.
I have been a long-standing and diligent paying customer and what I have recently experienced is the most appalling service from DSTV/Multichoice. Briefly, a pricelock offer was made to me by DSTV via several emails, which I eventually had a 41 minute telephone chat about with an agent called Mashudu who confirm the total offer being proper installation and supply of 1. a DSTV satellite dish, 2. Smart LNB, 3. Decoder. All of these to be price inclusive over 24 months. During this recorded call, the agent explicitly confirmed that the satellite dish is included, irrespective of whether I live in a complex with a communal dish. When their accredited installer (Caswell from Magadgets Electronics) eventually arrived, he told me that I need to pay an additional fee for the satellite dish, due to my current set-up. When I escalated the above matter to DSTV, another agent called Kelebogile Mokgofa responded with a very dismissive email stating the following: “This offer is generally available to any of our customers who can make use of their own personal dish and cannot be used in a communal dish set up. If you are in a complex and or make use of a communal dish, then this deal might not be suitable for your type of connection.” The above was never communicated to me, right from the beginning. However, post the above incidents, I received two sms’ from DSTV confirming the proper installation scheduled for 12 April and 16 April, respectively. None of these happened. My further correspondences on the above have also been ignored, as well as my challenge to them to listen to the recording and confirm to me which part of the offer had I misinterpret. As far as I’m concerned, this is a classic case of misrepresentation and DSTV (Multichoice) has to account for it. I still challenge them to review the recording, for which I had provided all the necessary details, which can be tracked via the reference number.
