After a few years of poor service I was pleasantly surprised when Me Karin Oberholzer offered her assistance to assist me in my chronic medication. Since her intervention the grind at Pharmacy Direct changed to a pleasant interaction and knowledgeable advise about my medication. Chronic medication should be delivered every 28 days but with Pharmacy Direct it is a guess when they will despatch your medication. My payment dates are as follows to prove they can't deliver to a 28 day schedule. 27/01; 26/02; 18/03; 16/04; 17/05; 26/06. Is it so difficult for Pharmacy Direct to stick to fixed time table? Not a dependable medicine supplier.
I normally receive my chronic medication around the 17th of the month but till today the 29th I have not received a single tablet which is 12days in arrear. I expect a pharmacy to be puncture and up to date. Please investigate the poor service I received from Pharmacy Direct Thanking you Llewellyn Skea
Useless business, they offer products which they cannot deliver then they unilaterally cancel the order and only return your payment in fourteen days thus they pocket 21days intrest at your expense. Disgusting business stay far away.
Unreliable business, they advertise products they can't deliver. Never trust Makro they are inferior to Takealot who deliver what they offer
Pathetic and *********** I received my monthly chronic medication on the service date of 14/11/2024. Till today 22/12/2024I have had no service or communication from Pharmacy Direct. Don't they understand the meaning of monthly or are they plain useless? I am still waiting for my December chronic medication. Thanking you for exposing *********** suppliers Llewellyn Skea
Beware of Pharmacy Direct they wiil contribute to your early death. I have a chronic heart condition which is treated with chronic medication. I received my chronic medication without the essential Vymada 200mg which is my lifeline. Are the staff illiterate of just plain neglant and irresponsible? What an *********** business. They are unable to count to six. They want a chronic prescription on the 5th month of a six month prescription. Twenty days after payment they still have not posted the paid amount to the correct account. Their call centre staff are poorly trained which adds to the poor service. I reserved a locker for a parcel from Fauresmith to Pretoria. When the parcel was to be delivered they notified me that the locker was full. Three days later and still no joy. How can pudo send a parcel to an occupied locker? Something is wrong at Pudo to the detriment of the clients. Will Pudo compensate my loss? MY no is LOCK0891670.
