Hi there, Yesterday 30 April 2021, Gillian Caswell frkm Rentokil Initial Stigant Road in Claremont, Cape Town sent me an invoice for the money for the service that I paid for and which will be credited into my account. I'm yet to receive this money and do not know the turnaround time for the money to reflect in my account. My bank account doesn't appear on the said invoice either. I've email them this morning informing them that the funds have not been credited and the account that appears on the invoice is not mine. Kindly assist further.
Hi there, I've written an email on the 26 April 2021 to Gilian Caswell and Jason Gossman requesting feedback on the inspection done on the 23 April 2021. I've also attached the invoices of the material and labour it will cost me to repar the damages to my bathroom. I haven't received a response from either of them. I will not back down from this because they are silent.
Hi there, Jason Gossman fron Rentokil Initial Stigant Road in Claremont, Cape Town came to my residence to do an inspection today, 23 April 2021 at 11:15 am. He took pictures of the damage done and said he would compile a report which would be sent to the branch manager Gillian before end of business, 23 April 2021. I'm yet to receive this email.i want to know the progress of this matter and I need to recover the cost I have incurred to replace my leaking bathtub and broken shower screen. I have the invoices of everything that has to be replaced and need further assistance on this matter.
Hi, I dealt with Luzaide Waverley from Rentokil Initial Stigant Road in Claremont, Cape Town and he quoted me for inside my house and two drains outside. He assured me that there would be damage to my property. The technician came through on the 16 April 2021 to treat the whole house, but only treated the interior and not the drains and kept dismissing the fact that he has to treat the drains. German ****roaches were the problem to treat and were in my bathroom. I had a shower screen on my bath tub which their technician broke. It was moved tightly in the wrong direction. The shower screen fell on top of me while I tried to shift back to its normal position. My bath tub is ruined in the process and both of these need to be replaced. I contacted Luzaide and Teela, but I haven't received any feedback from them. I want my money back. I need any assistance possible on this matter!!
