I purchased shoes from Medicus Shoes online. The shoes were too small and I arrange for them to return and replace. They confirmed receipt on 16 September and promised to send me a replacement. It is today 20 days later and the replacement has not been received. They promised to call back numerous times but never did. This morning I called again and Carla promised to call back in 5 minutes. An hour later I called and she was in a meeting. They blame CourierIt and I begged them to use a better service, but they persist in using a useless courier service.
My order no 56758 placed and paid on 7 February 2023 was advertised as delivery between 17th and 27th and now they state that there is no way they can do it in time. The tracking states that it left on 20th today is 24th but the tracking website gives no further details. They say there is nothing they can do. In my opinion it is a breach of contract if they offer delivery on 27 Feb, I paid for the order on that basis but now they fail to deliver on their undertaking.
Parcel 10100020463903 Was supposed to be delivered 21 October 2022. Today the cellphone number given to us was never answered and the parcel which was not delivered by 17.00 as promised.
After no internet or voip phone services in Steynsburg Herotel can still not say what is wrong and when service will be restired
I have been trying to get a refund on my medical savings since 19 February. The person the I called's phone was never answered. Eventually got them last week. They will now only pay back next month. I complained and asked the to pay it immediately. They said they would try to areange that and phone back. Never did. This morning I have spe t an hour calling, hokding on, call dropped twice. Their music is suicidally ****. I ask to speak to someone who can give a date but they keep getting back with vague messages. Some say next month some say manth end.
