Raising the monthly premiums every year when i have never claimed ever!
So I joined Outsurance 4 years ago. Every year they raise the monthly premiums Yet I have never claimed ever! And never defaulted on payments, but they just want more money even when the car is getting older and so do I, Every time I phone and complain they say Oh sorry then they bring the monthly amount down.. I am still waiting for my Out Bonus. which seems to be moving as they chop and change the monthly premium been with them for 4 years supposed to get my bonus after 3 years of a claim-free policy. I am very frustrated as other insurance companies offer me the same insurance for much less. but I have no choice but to continue so I can get my bonus it's like having a gun to my head."Pay what we want or else" No at all Happy

Unprofessional and Unreliable
They assisted in a House purchase, But after getting paid , they just ignore my emails and issues we having with the house. Very unprofessional and unreliable i do not recommend them.

Poor Professionalism
Very Disappointed I would not recommend them at all the entire sale was ********* there where major problems that where kept from us that we only found out after we signed ,Azelle was the agent who failed to mention that the area has a massive power and water supply problem over and above the excessive load shedding. She advertised this house as a good place to run a business from home. this was one of the reasons we bought , We then asked her about wanting to turn the property into a guest house and asked her to find out , Then we get told that there is a septic tank that was not mentioned before we signed. The Damages we found after the house was vacated have just been brushed off and ignored, not even the pool pump is mentioned in the electrical certificate and it’s not even earthed ... when we complain to her she tells us to complain to the attorneys. But they did not sell us the house. We even have termite damage. Seems this company are only interested in the commission they do not deserve. We have photos of all the masked damages that where not mentioned as well. Sad we have to now endure and spend a fortune to get to what she was falsely selling. We even tried to cancel before the deeds office. But got threatened with a whole lot of legal disclaimers .I don’t recommend Harcourt’s as they don’t deliver and don’t care. Poor Professionalism

<div>The Owner quoted me R5k to do an oil change on my cars gearbox; he then said that the Lady who was working in reception would confirm the quote... Well she did not get back to me with the quote... Eventually I called them 3 times to get the quote on my car. They gave me a quote for R10350 ... to change the oil and fit a new fuel filter... I moaned about why has the price doubled and she told me it was a price without labour. So I asked her to itemize the bill so I can see why it’s so expensive. They were going to charge me 6 hours labour to do the oil change and another Hour labour to change the fuel filter... Witch could have been changed while the oil was being drained... they basically 400mm apart from each other... When I queried this as to why they were over charging me. They then deleted the written quote they sent me on WhatsApp and then told me the parts will not be available anytime soon. Then they just ignored me!! I then went off to see for myself if the parts are not available and found all the parts I needed OEM parts as well the gearbox sump was R1800 and the fuel filter was R600 . The oil was R2000 I then asked another mechanic how long it takes to do this entire job... Well he did it in less than 2 hours that included back brake pads. He charged me R750 so total Job done cost me R5150... that’s over R5000 difference a bit extreme in my opinion.</div>

Incompetent and overcharge

They Do not honor guarantees
Very disappointed , I Bought a Expensive tester from them, this tester Was faulty from the start , i took it back the 1st time , they said No problem because i have a life time guarantee on that tester, so they Gave me a new one, The tester started giving me the same issue as the previous one about a year later , I sent it back to them only to hear that they no longer sell those testers and cannot Honor the guarantee , this is totally unacceptable , the reason i bought that tester was for the lifetime guarantee and the features it had. Now they just chase me away and say i must try another repair place??, They Sold it to me and boasted the guarantee , they should honor it , its not my problem they do not sell it anymore. They could have offered me a Suitable replacement but just shunted me away...I need this sorted out ASAP so we can avoid legal actions.
