Designated mental health clinic for white people....If you are an African like me don't go there....Food are designed for white people....I starved for 2 weeks......when I ask for my African diet the staff laughed at me.....I will never go there again
Lendplus bailed me out while I was in hospital where nobody listened to me.Even my bank declined me for a lousy R2000 but lendplus assisted me.I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues.
I don't think this people are legit. They say they approved me for 300K payable for 10 years.Monthly Installment Just over 3K.They say I must pay upfront insurance fee of 69K.ABSURD.****MERS.NIGERIAN 419 working with South african Women.
I ordered a cellphone from this company om 19 August 2024.That is 2 weeks ago.I paid them the full amount R1600.Till today I have not received my order. They says they deliver in 7 to 11 days.THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT.IS ****MING THE PUBLIC.AUTHORITIES MUST TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS MONSTER COMPANY.
Mbd bought my capitec loan amount amounting to R150 000 and my credit card amounting to R20 000.On the credit bureau mbd say I am paying them a monthly instalment of R170 000.I am earning a monthly salary of R10 000.How do I pay them R170 000 monthly when my monthly salary is R10 000 PATHETIC.I went to FNB BANK to apply for a credit switch loan consolidation loan, but they could not help me because my monthly expenses are greater than my monthly salary according to MBD.THEY MUST JUST REMOVE THAT BLATANT INCORRECT INFORMATION FROM CREDIT BUREAU THEN I WILL SETTLE THEM IF THEY DONT DO THAT THERE IS NO WAY I WILL BE ABLE TO SETTLE THEM.
I transferred an amount of R7377 from my capitec savings account to a wrong fnb account instead of my own fnb cheque account.I notified Capite bank regarding that mistake within 10 minutes after realising that I transferred money into wrong fnb account, but the call centre consultant told me that capitec does not recall immediate payment and he referred me to Fnb bank where the money was transferred by mistake.I went to Fnb branch and the manager told me that for Fnb to Debit my money from the wrong recipient Fnb account and credit it into my Fnb account they need a consent from that Wrong account holder. The fnb manager phoned him and he acknowledged that indeed money was transferred into his account and he does know where it came from. That person told the Fnb branch manager that he will transfer back that money to my Fnb account in the afternoon, but he never did.The Fnb branch manager phoned him again, but he never answered his cellphone. The next day his phone is off & it is still off even now.Is now a week since this incident occurred & the wrongly credited fnb account holder has not even transact on his account, which means my money is still with fnb.I asked the fnb manager to give me the particulars of that person so that I can track him by myself, but that request was turned down.Ba nking ombudsman of South Africa says that Fnb must act as a facilitator between me as fnb customer and that person who money was transferred into his account by a mistake.Fnb must debit the account of that wrong beneficiary and credit it to my fnb account or they must give me the particulars of that person so that I can contact him and settle this matter amicably. Also fnb must freeze that wrongfully credited account since the the account holder is not willing to cooperate with them after being notified about a mistaken transfer into his account.According to the recent supreme court of appeal ruling knowingly retaining or spending money which was transferred into one's bank account by a mistake constitutes THEFT.I am of the opinion that Fnb is an accomplice to this criminal act because they are technically assisting that person to retain money which is not due to him.R7377 is a lot of money to me as a very poor man.FNB PLEASE DEBIT THAT MONEY WHICH WAS TRANSFERRED BY A MISTAKE FROM THAT ACCOUNT AND CREDIT IT TO MY OWN FNB ACCOUNT.
I transferred R7377 from my capitec savings account into fnb wrong account.I notified capitec bank within 10 minutes after realising that I transferred money into wrong fnb account.Capitec consultant told me that capitec does not recall immediate payment.I was referred to fnb where the money is being held.I went to fnb and explained the matter to the branch manager. She told me that there is nothing fnb can do about this matter. She told me that the only thing she can do is call the person who I transferred money into his fnb account by a mistake and ask him to pay back the money. That person promised to pay back that money at once that afternoon, but he never did.The next thing he is no longer answering his cellphone at times his cellphone is off.I am frustrated and suicidal because R7377 is a lot of money for a poor man like me.Capitec says fnb must help as the money is in their hands,Fnb says capitec must recall the payment as it came from them.I am being sent from pillar to post by both banks.None of them is willing to help me recover my money.According to the recent Supreme court of appeal ruling, retaking or spending money which was transferred into one's bank account by a mistake while knowing that money is not due to you constitutes THEFT.I am of the opinion that both banks are accomplices to this criminal act by aiding the wrong beneficiary to retain money which he is not legally entitled to.Capitec must just recall that payment or fnb must debit the wrong beneficiary 's account and credit it to the intended beneficiary.I have opened a criminal case regarding this matter.
